STUDIO POLICIES

DUE TO THE NATURE OF SMALL BUSINESS, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Every client agrees upon these policies in signing our new client / liability waiver, these are here for your reference!
We thank you for supporting us!

MONTHLY UNLIMITED POLICIES :

AUTOPAY systems renew every month on the date it was originally purchased. 

TO CANCEL : To cancel Autopay, we require a 30 day written notice to be sent to our help desk at Info@DiscoverTheSpace.com.

TO SUSPEND : The Space will ONLY suspend your membership with a valid doctor’s note for up to 1 month. Please submit suspension request to Info@DiscoverTheSpace.com.

OTHER STUDIO / PURCHASE POLICIES :

ONE YEAR UNLIMITED : Yearly memberships are non-refundable, non-transferable. 

CLASS PACK'S + DROP IN Services for Classes and Childcare : All class packs purchased at the Space are non-refundable. Each pass has a 6 month expiration from the date of purchase, unless stated otherwise at time of purchase. 

WORKSHOP CANCELLATIONS : Sales are final.

ALL STUDIO/WORKSHOP/RETAIL/TEACHER TRAINING/RETREAT PURCHASES OVER $200 ARE SUBJECT TO A 3% CREDIT CARD PROCESSING FEE. CASH AND CHECK ACCEPTED IN HOUSE.

BOOKING POLICIES

NO SHOW / LATE CANCEL :

There is a $10 fee for no show and “late” cancellations. If you do need to cancel your reservation, you must cancel no later than 2 hours before class starts. Anytime within 2 hours from class starting is considered a late cancellation and will incur the $10 fee. If no card on file, the pass used to book class will be utilized.

WAITLIST : 

  • When signing up to be on the waitlist you are indicating to us that you are available and ready to take class once a spot opens up.

  • If you are on the waitlist, but can no longer make it to class, please remove yourself, so the next available spot in class can go to the next person.

  • When on the waitlist, if a spot opens up, you will be added no later to the roster than two hours prior to class start time. If it’s less than two hours prior, you can always call the studio and see if there’s a last minute spot! This is so you have adequate time to be notified and get to class on time.

  • You will be notified if you get into the class via email IF you have email notifications turned on within MindBody. Otherwise you can check your MindBody bookings in the app.

STUDIO CLOSURES / INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY

SNOW DAY POLICY — If Brighton Area Schools call for a Snow Day we do to!

COLD DAY POLICY — If Brighton Area Schools call for a Cold Day we do NOT! We remain open.

We will post on Social Media if we are closed and do our best to email clients who are signed up for canceled classes.
